Was the date of this meeting changed to an earlier date and not adjusted and notified here on the forum?
We have also seen that the NOT approved postcard using the Postcrossing logo was used at a previous meeting.
Can you explain why this was allowed to happen please?

The girl asked to register a postcard for her, because she herself is not registered on the site. We live in different cities of Russia. I do not know if there was a meeting and exactly which postcard was printed.
In the future, I decided that I would not register postcards for foreign cities, so that neither I nor our club would have problems.
