Welcome @ 15:00: at Café Triest of The Austrian Hospice, which brings the charm of Viennese coffee-house culture to the Orient. The café is the ideal place to pause and refresh over a Viennese mélange and apple strudel. Schnitzel and Sachertorte are also available.

Certainly, we will write some cards and discuss logistics ahead of the visit to Bethlehem on the following day. Thereafter, we will head out to visit the historic sites in the Old City.
