One of our members applied a special postcard and participated in a joint meetup about bamboo tube milk tea, a tasty drink becoming fashionable in China in a sudden. We print one with Tieling’s name and prepare to handle a Postcrossing meetup. As special reasons, the time for preparation is not full. Hope to see your response to come!

Please give at least 14+ days notice of future meetings.
Giving 1 days notice is not enough time for any prospective member to attend or guarantee that the event will get added to the calendar in time.
I am sure you had time to list the meeting earlier because you have designed and printed postcards already.
