MEETUP PLAN: August 7 marks the 124th anniversary of the launch of the icebreaker Angara, one of the most recognizable monuments of the city of Irkutsk and the oldest surviving icebreaker in the world. In honor of this event, a meeting of Irkutsk postcrossers will take place on August 16, where we will sign and send them on their way. And on the same day our club presents the “Facade” project.
