Hallo allemaal,

De Posthumuswinkel (anno 1865) is een prachtige winkel in hartje Amsterdam.
Door de corona crisis staan zij bijna op het punt de winkel te moeten sluiten.
Ze hebben prachtige unieke producten te koop die je heel leuk kunt gebruiken voor postcrossing!
Ik heb laatst online fantastisch mooie stempels bij ze gekocht en ze verzenden dit keurig mooi verpakt en het werd na 2 dagen al bezorgd door de brievenbus.

Hi Postcrossing friends,
The Posthumuswinkel (since 1865) is a beautiful shop in the heart of Amsterdam.
They sell unique items related to post and stationary.
Due to the covid crisis they are almost at the point of having to close the shop.
You can support them by ordering online, (also internationally) and they send most items through the letterbox.

I don’t understand Dutch (sadly), but when in Amsterdam many years ago, I have found the POSTHUMUS shop (winkel!) by coincidence and bought so many wonderful stamps!!! :heart: :orange_heart: :yellow_heart: :green_heart: :blue_heart: :purple_heart: :brown_heart: :black_heart:

I can only recommend it and would go there again, if ever I’m in Amsterdam again. :smiley:

ach… ik snap je punt, enige wat ik kan toevoegen is dat ze voor je hele leven zijn en je kan ze na jaren nog als cadeau weggeven :wink: Maar sparen is ook belangrijk! succes!

Ja leuk he, en de stempel inkt is waterproof (ook wel handig voor regen op je kaartje)

They do ship internationally (quite pricey though, but it is for a good cause)

Weet u hoeveel de verzendkosten naar andere Europese landen zijn? Ik kan er niets over vinden.

Ik kon het ook niet vinden, maar de medewerkers reageren wel heel vlug als je ze mailt voor een vraag. :wink:

Werkelijk ken ik het woord postzegel = stamp = Briefmarke… :grimacing: Vandaag geleerd: Stempel = stamp = Stempel. (Google translate is soms niet nuttig. :face_with_raised_eyebrow: )

I just purchased almost 300 euros on their shop. So many beautiful stamps and other supplies, I couldn’t resist!! I hope this shop continues for many years to come. I will visit Amsterdam one day. I live next to an airport which have a daily direct flight to Amsterdam (cargo only, to send fresh flowers from Colombia). I wish I could fly in a small seat next to the flowers. :heart_eyes::sunflower::blossom::tulip:⚘:rosette:
