I can do Nov 26 (working on Nov. 27) & live in New West. Burnaby or Vancouver works for me! 
Id be interested, will need to play it by ear around work but will keep an eye out for the details as they solidify

Hi Evan, Thanks for organizing a Vancouver meet-up. Great idea! Count me in. I’m good with either Nov 26th or 27th. I propose La Foret in Burnaby as a venue (near Royal Oak Skytrain Station). It’s a busy place but we could try to get one of the big tables there.

If this is during the day, a suggestion could be Tommy Douglas (in Burnaby): Community Rooms - Burnaby Public Library
Its spacious and free of charge to community groups and nonprofits. Unsure if there’s availability but a good option

I’ve called two venues including Tommy Douglas about their meeting spaces.
Will confirm once I’ve heard back from the venues, but let’s go ahead and book November 26th for our meetup.
I look forward to meeting everyone there - if anyone has any special requests for the meetup, please do let me know

Do we have artsy, creative minds who would like to design a postcard for this event? Would love to get some specialized postcards to send. 
So far Vistaprint is showing the most cost effective rate - 100+ quantity order, with 6-10 business day turnover. Open to hearing other thoughts~

Good morning everyone.
Really looking forward to seeing you all next Saturday.
Meeting location is fully accessible.
Closest skytrain station is Edmonds - about a ten-fifteen minute walk or five minute bus ride. The library has free parking underground.
Our venue is a two minute walk from Mcdonald’s and four minutes from Highgate shopping centre which has a Save on Foods, Quesada burritos, Starbucks, etc.
It would be fun if folks can bring postcards to trade, stickers, used stamps and other ephemera.
