The “Taiwan Reading Festival” is a national event organized by the National Central Library (NCL) of Taiwan (R.O.C.) aiming at promoting reading for all.
Every year, the Festival is held on the first weekend of December, and the NCL intends to invite libraries, schools, publishers, cultural and educational institutions, and non-governmental organizations from all over Taiwan to participate.

I most looking forward to “Mobile Library”.
