I have sent them to stamp collectors on envelopes. I also have done some trades with fellow post crossers and used and also received them. I have not used them on a post card yet!

This beautiful stamp is on an official card I received this morning :
Stamp : 3,3 cm x 4,5 cm
Border : 7,9 cm x 11,3 cm
The card is large (23,5 cm) so there is enough place for a kind message. The postcrosser made my day

The same in Russia. But due to inflation, it is possible to use them in some years. For example, now I can use the mini-sheets with 35-50 roubles value issued some 5-10 years ago. The postage cost for the card now is 52 or 58 roubles.
