Dmitry memdeleev:)
This Kremlin series is my favourite, are this complete picture of every stamp?
Yes/
There are too many but here are some Indonesian stamps:
Borobudur Temple
Garuda Wisnu Kencana
National Flowers
Melati Putih, Moon Orchid, Rafflesia, Titan Arum
National Animals
Komodo Dragon, Arowana, Javan hawk-eagle
National Clothing Patterns (Batik)
There are many other Batik patterns too beside this one.
Australian stamps tend to feature a lot of native animals:
Or scenery:
But AusPost does a lot of commemorative releases throughout the year with different things. I really like these ones they did of Australian citizen science projects:
Does kremlin mean castle? Google translate only comes up with kremlin…
The Kremlin is a fortress. The castle is more compact.
Probably the most well known statue in Norway. It has been stolen, and covered in paint and such many times, as people know it will be reported on.
@Larch Fascinating to learn that the world’s largest Hindu statue is located in Indonesia.
@KettleofSeveralFish love these Australian nature stamps. I am currently re-reading “Down Under” by Bill Bryson and love the way he described Australia
I thought the largest one is the Shiva statue in India?
