Pls bring your own stamps, pens, glues and anything u may need for writing cards. The activity is free, however u may need to order a cup of tea or coffee.

We always wanna share our culture and history with the world. And all these cards are designed somehow related to Chengdu or Sichuan.
Here’s some descriptions about the cards for this meetup in Nov,2020.

1.川金丝猴 Golden Snub-nosed Monkey; Painting&Design by 盖盖
The Golden Snub-nosed Monkey (Rhinopithecus roxellanae) is only living in China.It is endemic to a small area in temperate, mountainous forests of central and southwest Chian. And Sichuan is one of their biggest habitat.
Their golden brown or golden to red long fur is so beautiful. The pale blue face resembles a trefoil.
Population Status: Endangered(EN)
The China post issued 2 types of stamps about them before.

2. Merry Christmas; Design by 辜寞
Chengdu and Sichuan is always famous for pandas. So we put panda and the mailbox in this card for this Christmas season.

3.Sanxingdui Bronze Mask A; Painting&Design by LinF
4. 4.Sanxingdui Bronze Mask B; Painting&Design by ADD
Sanxingdui is the name if an archaeological site and a major Bronze Age culture in Sichuan, China. Along with the Jinsha Site, is on UNESCO’s List of tentative world heritage sites.
Sanxingdui culture is part of the ancient kingdom of Shu, and the radiocarbon dating placed in the 17th-11th centuries BCE.
