As far as I know, the stamp on the photo is the refugee stamp that must be put on every mail, in addition to the tariff, since 1974.
Every year there’s a new stamp, recently with same design, but with different year printed on bottom right corner.
Does the envelope has been sent without other stamps?

Hi, it is definitely undervalued though very rarely anyone checks such things here unless the envelope is hand-stamped.
The refugee stamp is a must and the green one was issued in 2022 but, once more, unless a postal worker notices AND cares about the lack of stamps, the envelope should arrive to you.
