I completely disagree with this advice. There are news articles this year where they consider the current US flag offensive to some US Citizens! We can’t please everyone.
We would understand how it’s used today but maybe folks around the world would not. So sure, mail it to a profile that lists flags as an interest
Hi everyone! Wow, I’m suprised this topic got picked back up. I’m the original poster. I have sent out 8 of these cards since posting, all went to people who requested flags in their profiles. It’s a popular request. So far no complaints
