Both during the storms, where postcards have been dropped by posties, and picked by passer-bys and delivered.

Oh dear… I’ve now received two postcards where someone has scribbled that it was delivered to the wrong address… They scribbled all over some amazing stamps as well
On the positive, I’m now getting my post 3 times a week rather than once a week, so it’s getting a bit better after months of disruptions in the Oxford area…
I live near Portsmouth Hampshire and our post has been all over the place for a few months now. Sometimes I get post regularly, other times nothing at all … then a clump comes through all together -all with different dates on like they’ve been hanging about somewhere
Thank you for your reply. My daughter got the stamps at a touristy shop where she bought the card ‐ not questioning the missing Royal Mail attributes… she thought it might be a “Scottish” thing…
