My daughter and partner are recent joinees of postcrossing as well! @Madwildcat is my kid and still has her collection from a couple years ago when she would get random cards. She has her own account now and is getting her feet wet with tag games! @mischiefmaker1976 is my co-conspirator for all the things in life.

I have a question. Why are the dates so old on the forums? I’m a newbie and I’m unsure of posting because the dates go back to years ago, such as 2020.
Hi Michelle! Could you maybe give us an example of what you mean by this? I’m not sure I understand.
Some topics can be old, though most have recent posts and the forum allows you to sort topics by recent activity. I would argue 2020 isn’t even that old — the older version of the forum was from 2005!
For example, when I respond here, the date to the right of your post says Oct 2020. Then the date to the right of the reply button says today’s date.
I guess I’m trying to figure out what is active and what it not. If that makes sense?
