🎯 Countdown to 74 million registered cards

Yes, it does. About it.

Unfortunately, the number of postcards in the game does not grow, but falls by about -5…6% annually, or about -25…30% over 5 years.

This is why the time between two million milestones is increasing = approx. +15 days over the past 8 years. That is 60 + 15 = 75 days for now.

Why does this happen and how to prevent it?

This is due to the spread of Postcrossing around the world and the increase in the average travel time of postcards, while the slot rule that limits participants in sending postcards has not changed for about 12 years.
I have already raised this issue many times in other threads, with analytics and data, but the founders of Postcrossing have not shown any reaction on this matter.

Although, if the founders had adjusted the Slot Rule in accordance with my suggestion, then the decrease in the volume of cards in the game would have been stopped, and after a while we would have even seen an increase.
