Did you contact the postcrossing team and ask them to have a look Info this? To me it seems obviously to be against the rules to hand our personal data on to another person.

Yes, I think in this case it’s not relevant to think if they are blind or poor etc.
They also were not a new member (this was told before edit, but I think this information doesn’t reveal who they are).
