There’s a couple forum posts about sending cards to Russia, including options from the USA. If you feel like sending second cards, that is.

Are your postcards reaching Russia, Belarus and Ukraine

No. They may take 5 weeks or even longer, but most of them are registered. I do not mention the Ukraine war, unless the recipient writes about it in their profile.Thus I hope to avoid , that the recipient feels blamed for that war, while they are perhaps against that war themselves.
