I’m an Assamese postcrosser from Bangalore. As far as I know there aren’t many postcrossers in Assam. You can try using the search feature on the main website to find the active users from Assam.

It is just their laziness. They know it is an untracked mail and so, no one is going to hold them responsible.

Just out of curiosity - Is there any official way to handle this?

Even some parts of metro-cities have this issue, especially the recently merged regions which aren’t assigned to a P.O, etc.

Have you tried sending to or sending from any PO in Assam. The cards that I sent from Guwahati Meghdoot didn’t reach their destinations. The cards that I sent from Bangalore to Assam, haven’t been delivered either.

I went to the Philatelic Bureau there and the guy was in shock to learn that people actually send post cards even today.
