MEETUP PLAN:
This will be my “Goodbye Augsburg meetup” as I move away from this city at the end of the year. Everyone who knows me better knows that the zoo is an important part of my life. That’s the reason why I chose it for a special activity before the meetup.
First we will meet at 09:00am in front of the zoo and visit the zoo (for those who are interested). I will give you a guided tour through the zoo, if you like.
Afterwards for lunch we will meet in the restaurant about 12:30. It will be reservated on the name “Haydn-Heydasch”.
Update: The restaurant will be “König von Flandern” at Moritzplatz.
Please notice: you can also come just for the lunch with meetup and stamping cards in the restaurant.

Every other meetup card is welcome but has to be posted here and offered to everyone.

We decided to open up the order so that you can order each motif itself but a total number of cards is 100 maximum. The costs are 30Ct per card. The image rights have been clarified. Orders and payment due to the end of september from @Clara508.
Maximum number of cards that can be brought with you is 100 cards per person. Every card more than this number will be sorted out, because otherwise it’s getting too much.
Please let me know if you want to come for the zoo, the restaurant or both and if you wish to have the guided tour. The tour will be offered by myself and costs nothing. If you wish to give me something that’s ok. I do these guided tours on a regular basis at the zoo, so I know much and will bring some cool stuff with me.

Dies wird mein “Goodbye Augsburg Meeting” werden, da ich Ende des Jahres aus Augsburg wegziehe. Jeder der mich kennt weiß, dass der Zoo ein großer Teil meines Lebens ist, daher wähle ich diesen als Ort für eine Aktion vor dem eigentlichen Meeting.
Für alle, die Interesse haben, werden wir uns um 09:00 Uhr vor dem Eingang des Zoos treffen. Ich biete gerne eine Führung durch den Zoo an.
Später treffen wir uns gegen 12:30 Uhr im Restaurant. Es wird auf den Namen “Haydn-Heydasch” reserviert sein.
Update: Restaurant ist das “König von Flandern” am Moritzplatz.
Bitte beachte: man kann auch nur für das Essen und Stempeln im Restaurant kommen.
@Clara508 wird Meeting-Karten erstellen. Jede andere Meeting-Karte ist willkommen, muss aber hier gepostet und jedem angeboten werden.

Wir haben uns dazu entschlossen, doch jedes Motiv einzeln auch anzubieten. Allerdings bitte ein Maximum von 100 Karten insgesamt. Kostenpunkt: 30Ct pro Karte. Die Bildrechte sind geklärt. Bestellung und Bezahlung bei @Clara508 bis Ende September.

Bitte lasst mich wissen, ob ihr zum Zoo, zum Restaurant oder für beides kommen wollt und ob ihr eine Führung durch den Zoo wünscht. Die Führung werde ich durchführen. Sie kostet nichts, außer ihr mögt mir gern etwas dafür geben. Ich gebe solche Führungen regelmäßig ehrenamtlich im Zoo, daher weiß ich sehr viel und bringe auch Dinge zum Ansehen/Anfassen mit

Ich muss mal auf Arbeit schaunen ob ich da ein paar Tage Urlaub bekommen kann, nur für das Meeting ist mir Augsburg zu weit 
Ich weiß noch nicht genau, ob ich an dem Wochenende Zeit habe. Könntest du mich mit “vielleicht” auf die Liste setzen?
