MEETUP PLAN:
We meet in front of the main station (Hauptbahnhof) in Augsburg on December, 10th at 10am.
At first we will go postcard shopping as there are many shops on the way to the downtown.
Afterwards we will go to Goldener Saal in the Town Hall. The Goldener Saal is famous for its ceiling paintings, murals, and golden wall decoration. It is one of the most important cultural monuments of the late Renaissance. The entry fee is 2,50€ per person or 2,00€ per person (price to pay when we reach a group size of more than 10 persons). If the Goldener Saal should be closed for the public on that day due to an event, we plan to go to the Augsburger Dom instead which is nearby.
We will have lunch at the restaurant “König von Flandern” at 12:30pm and sign postcards. The restaurant is close to the town hall/Goldener Saal. We plan to stay at the restaurant latest until 4:30pm (tables are reserved until then for us).
It’s a Christmas Meetup so of course the Christkindlmarkt can’t be missing. Anyone who is interested, can come with Joeyana (Melanie) and me to Christkindlmarkt in front of the Town Hall after we finished having lunch and signing postcards. 
By the way, you can find a “Himmlisches Postamt” at the Christkindlmarkt.
The illustration for the meetup postcard is ready. The price depends on the quantity that will be ordered but it won’t exceed 0,30€/postcard. Postage for sending them to you will be calculated on top. Please let me know how many postcards you would like to order until October, 15th, 2022. I will place the order on October, 16th, 2022. Once the postcards arrived, I will contact you regarding the payment and your address. All meeting cards will be sent via post to you prior the meeting.

To avoid trouble or a bad atmosphere during the meet-up we decided following:
If you plan to create and print another meet-up card, please contact me first. Please note that meet-up cards have to be available for everyone and not only for yourself! If you bring your own designed meet-up card to the meeting without talking to me before and not offering it to everyone, those cards won’t be signed.
“Only” a total of 80 postcards per person is allowed which can be signed. We believe that up to 80 postcards per person is sufficient so if this number should be exceeded, the surplus will be sorted out and not be signed.
